AutomationDirect Webstore Compare Feature

AutomationDirects webstore has some pretty awesome features like this compare tool. Here we are looking at two different CPUs for the productivity 2000 PLC line. As we scroll down, we can see the differences are highlighted in yellow. These CPUs have different communications ports and the one on the left requires newer software (don t forget, the software is free!). Let s compare something else. First, we clear all and go back to the store and lets now look at the WERMA eSIGN LED Signal towers. I can select up to 5 products, but we are only going to compare these 3. Select view and it will show the differences between these 3 products in yellow. We can select Hide Shared Attributes and we now only see the differences between the 3 signal towers and not the rest of the shared product specifications. In the compare view we can see the stock status and add products to cart without leaving this page. If we want to retain this view, we can copy the link, print the page or email the comparisons to ourselves or someone else and we can add optional notes. Once we are finished, we can clear all on this page, or go back and add more products to compare or clear all and start over.
