Shifted Function Key 3 or F8 takes us to a set point screen. The set point on the left uses the touch screen entry method like this, the set point on the right uses the Function key entry method like this. Both methods can be activated by these functions keys F3 or F5. F3 will bring up that one, F5 will bring up that one. This is screen 16 in our project - Let’s see how all of this works. All of these items around the screen are just static text, including the title. This button is a numeric entry button – the key point here is it is using object style 1 – that gives us the touch screen pop up keypad – it is also is limiting the number of digits to 3, is controlling “FLOUR” TAG and can be activated by pressing Function Key 3. The object on the right is also a numeric entry, but it is using object style 2 – that brings up the function keys for numeric entry. This one is modifying the “MOLASSES” TAG, is limiting us to 2 digits and can be activated by pressing F5. And as always, F1 takes us back to the main screen.
