SureStep stepping systems provide simple and accurate control of position and speed where open-loop control and cost are considerations. Pulses (or "step" and "direction" signals) from the DirectLOGIC family of PLCs or other indexers and motion controllers are "translated" by the microstepping drive into precise movement of the stepping motor shaft.

We now have a low cost Stepper drive that is compact, operates with step and direction or step clockwise and counter clock wise. It offers enable input and fault output, has optically isolated IO, digital filters, multiple pulse frequencies of 150kHz or 2MHz, selectable step resolutions from 200 up to 20,000, an automatic self-test and operates from a 24 to 65VDC power supply. We also have new braking accessories like this new regeneration clamp and a braking resistor. These are great options for over voltage and suspending or hanging loads. We now have a new SureStep Pro software available for purchase on CD, or, as always: download it for FREE on our website.
