[Music] AutomationDirect’s the place where they emphasize all the different aspects of your life and so doing it gives you a stronger commitment to do the best that you can and work towards making AutomationDirect even more successful. The culture here is very powerful and very positive I have responsibility for participating in a team that brings new products to the company, new versions of software for our existing products and supporting the products. Wonderful things about a company, is you can bring your ideas to the table and they actually listen and support you in his ideas and actually, see those ideas to the market which is a wonderful thing. There are groups here to do a huge variety of activities there's a running club, there's a gun club, there's a book club, there's a bike club, and the Ultimate Frisbee Club recently. They care about what I do and the extra events much like the Halloween stuff, I've never been to a company that did that kind of thing and it's enjoyment we just have the freedom to relax when we need to and balance between your workload and your family life and your financial life. I've been here for almost 20 years it's been a great experience for me and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. [Music]
