When I first came here to interview with AutomationDirect I had no clue who they were. Drove around here looking for this little red building thinking it's a little catalog company and I saw the first facility, wow, this is incredible. Went into the interview and walked out there saying I don't care what they offer me I'm going to work there. Why I came to work at AutomationDirect, it was a stepping stone from my previous job I was engineer for an integrator and that transition to the life at AutomationDirect was really inviting. The biggest thing is the culture the environment is what made it worth coming here at AutomationDirect. It was a very family-oriented environment and you really get the feeling that you're cared about and everyone appreciates what you do here. They give us everything we need everything from the highest tech computers, laptops, phones. The facilities we work in, the labs that we get to have need test tools and stuff everything that we need to do our jobs is provided, there's no questions on that. As far as life work balance here it's a really great place to work when it comes time to go home it's time to turn off that switch and pay attention to the things that matter in life and then the next morning you come in and you have a great team to work with. What I would tell people who are looking at AutomationDirect as an employer look at the about us on the website and look at the wheel of life under the culture and if that's important to you, this is a great place to be.
