These Contrinex proximity sensors are designed for extreme environments and are offered in 3mm to 50mm diameters with quick disconnect and made on cables. Inductive Chip-immune sensors eliminate the risk of false switching due to metal debris. They are made of 304 stainless steel and are IO-Link version 1.1 compatible. These sensors are designed for applications in milling, drilling, and grinding processes and in automotive and recycling industries. High pressure sensors are resistant up to 500 bar (7251 psi) and are stainless steel with either a ceramic, zirconium dioxide or stainless sensing face, depending on model, and are IO-Link version 1.1 compatible. Applications include automotive production, machine tool, hydraulic and fluid power as well as injection molding. High temperature sensors are rated for temperature applications up to 230 C (446 F) and also have a stainless body with an LCP sensing face (Liquid Crystal Polymer). Applications include automotive production, paint shops, surface treatment and bakery equipment. Maritime sensors have a 304 stainless steel body, IO-Link version 1.0 compatible and are designed for maritime industries, machine tool, energy, vehicles, ships, and port installations.
