Check out our newest additions from Lutze and Helukabel From Lutze, we’ve added MOTIONFLEX continuous flexing shielded Ethernet, Profinet, and Profibus cables. Industrial Ethernet cable is available with 4 twisted pairs in Cat5e or Cat6a standards, with TPE jackets for harsh environments. Flexible and standard shielded Ethernet Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cables have also been added featuring 2 or 4 twisted pairs, polyolefin or HDPE conductor insulation, and PVC jackets. LUTZE continuous flexing and standard Profibus cables with one twisted pair are shielded and include a purple PUR or PVC jacket highly resistant to oils. The 24 AWG continuous flexing version is ideal for applications requiring constant movement and repetitive flexing. A 22 AWG shielded Profinet version with 4 twisted pairs and a polyolefin green jacket is designed for reliable communication in noisy environments. From Helukabel, we’ve added TRAYCONTROL 600-volt control cable and TOPFLEX 600V VFD cable. Helukabel TRAYCONTROL 600-volt control cable is ideal for industrial control, power, and instrumentation applications. Individual bare copper conductors are stranded for flexibility and covered with black PVC/nylon insulation with white numbering for easy identification. TRAYCONTROL cables are available in 20 AWG to 4 AWG sizes with up to 41 conductors including a ground for cables with more than 2 conductors. Helukabel TOPFLEX 600V VFD cable is designed to handle the power needs of VFDs and limit the effects of electromagnetic interference, helping to prevent costly machine downtime. This cable is available in 16 AWG to 2 AWG sizes with individual Class K flexible stranded tinned copper conductors covered with cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. These lines from Helukabel have special PVC jackets ideal for painting, plating and coating applications, as well as direct burial and tray use.
