[Music] hello and welcome to automation direct help in this exercise we will go over how to process an in warranty fairly return on the webstore keep in mind you can process your return online as a guest or as a registered user let's get started at the top of the page on the green Shopping toolbar under my account select request an RMA for an in warranty fill return select the radio button for in warranty failure turn please note that if you are having issues with the product you have already processed in in warranty return and don't wish to exchange the product please call one eight hundred sixty three zero four zero five and speak to a returns team member for further assistance to continue with your product exchange enter the part number you wish to return next select the push button to proceed select the order number that contains the defective item verify that all the fields within asterisks are filled out if any required information is left blank it will generate an error stating some of the information you've entered is wrong or missing please correct the form and resubmit once the form is completed select submit return and this will complete your online in warranty failure return process return authorizations are sent via email if you do not receive your RMA paperwork shortly please check your email spam or junk folder you will also be able to reprint RMA paperwork online by going to my account and select RMA status reprint having problems or have questions please give us a call at one eight hundred sixty three zero four zero five select option 2 for sales then select three for the web team
