For interviews are a lot more casual than what people are used to; While we do have a lot of people that are part of the interview process the first thing candidates will notice when they walk in the door is that we're all dressed casually. So we do invite the candidates and it's in the email when we tell them about the interview we are business casual we invite you to dress business casual as well, because we don't want someone to feel uncomfortable because they dressed up too much for the interview. We will also give instructions on where to park and how to check in with the receptionist before the interview process. The team prepares their own questions and a lot of it is going to be based on the knowledge and skills for the position at hand. HR will ask other questions related to any type of pay information the teams don't ask those type of questions so that's all kept within HR and we also go over the benefits information with candidates as well. We work really hard to make sure that we're getting the right person in for every job, we want people to be happy, we want them to stay and we go to a lot of trouble to make sure that they're going to be happy and stay here. So, that's all part of the process.
