Productivity Suite’s User Profiles feature gives you the flexibility to create, manage, and recall custom workspace layouts—perfect for tailoring the interface to different tasks or users. Whether you prefer a streamlined layout for ladder logic programming or a diagnostic-focused setup for troubleshooting, you can save each arrangement as a user profile and switch between them instantly. You can store up to 32 unique profiles, each with its own configuration of windows, panes, and dialogs. To access the User Profiles dialog, go to the Tools menu, select the User Profiles icon from the toolbar, or simply right-click the profile area in the lower-left corner of the software. Inside the User Profiles dialog, you can switch between profiles, rename them, or delete unused ones. Just remember, the active profile can’t be deleted until another one is selected. You can also import or export profiles using .adusr files, making it easy to share setups across different PCs or among team members. Need to update your current layout? Simply save the current settings into the selected profile or create a new profile from your existing workspace with a single click. For even faster access, Productivity Suite also allows profile management directly from the taskbar. Switch profiles, update the current one, or save a new configuration, all without leaving your workspace.
