Did you know you can customize the Nitra regulators and filter regulators? Maybe you’d like a larger gauge or a pressure sensor. These ProSense digital pressure sensors are real handy - they give you a bright digital display, an analog output and 2 digital outputs. Simply remove the factory gauge by loosening this set screw with a 1.5mm hex key and twisting the gauge to the right. This gauge port adapter plate can now be installed. I find it easier to attach the device to the plate, then install. These tabs on the back end up horizontal once installed which makes it easier to align your device for a level installation. Installing the adapter plate is the opposite of gauge removal – insert, twist left, then snug the set screw. Be careful not to overtighten the locking screw, just make it snug. Keep in mind this port can’t be used for air consumption like a working port, just “dead end” devices like sensors and gauges. There’s also this blank cover on the backside. You could mount a gauge or a sensor or whatever there if you reverse the unit to reverse the flow direction. This only works on the newer AR2 and AFR2 products not the original AF and AFR.
