Automation Direct is one of my go to vendors for a wide variety of products. For almost every situation or problem that I have had, Automation Direct always has a solution waiting. The time it takes to ship parts out and the price of the items are always great. I have not needed customer support from Automation direct other than setting my account up with my company and it was easy to do so. In my experience of using Automation Direct products, I have always had products that last and have yet to fail. The quality of what you get vs what you pay is outstanding when compared to companies like (competitor).

Automation Direct has been my first supplier choice specifically for aluminum extrusion products because of the ease of ordering, extremely competitive price, quality of the products available and the incredible service/shipping time. There is no better supplier specifically for Al extrusion.

Most of the Items on this website arrive to our site in 2 days or less. We order anything from push buttons and cables to Ethernet switches and signal conditioners. Amazing products as always from Automation direct after using them at work for all my industrial needs I began purchasing from them for my own personal projects. Their inventory is super affordable as well as their 2-day delivery for $50 purchases is one of the greatest benefits from ordering here as I can always count on getting great quality products from them. While I have never had any encounters with their customer support my coworkers will say that they are dedicated to treating their customers right.
