Working with AD has been a life saver. Products are shipped fast and customer service is fantastic. I do with the free shipping offered UPS as its more reliable in my area. But every time I get a damaged product from FedEX, AD has no issue re-shipping without hesitation.

This was my first time personally ordering from Automation Direct. I was not aware that NDA shipping was going to be such a touchy subject when asking if that was available from customer support. I understand that UPSN is not offered as a service. What I didn't expect was to be laid into over a 3 paragraph email when I asked a simple yes/no question.

Needed controls for a electric pressure washer project, found everything I needed and was delivered on time.

Overall I very happy with quality of parts and service. Costumer support took a hit when they sold me on doing Peer link with H2-DM1E do-more processor sharing data with 3 other DL262 PLc's. the process is easy with the Do-Mores. not so easy with the DL262's. so far, I'm on my own and tech support has not been much help on the subject. I have figured out the I still need to do RX and WX commands in the DL262 PLC's so I not sure if I gained anything. I was told it would publish 16 blocks of Data automaticl-

I've used automation direct for years. Sometimes the engineers from big companies turn up their noses at it, but I've worked in a range of places and I find AD invaluable. In smaller companies with limited resources it is even more beneficial, as they save both time and money. Being able to call a real person for help is super great too!

Great experience. Online ordering and checkout easy. Only issue is wanted an overnight shipment for lightweight item, and it was $167.00. Understand the cost of shipping, but that was crazy. Opted for the 2 days, holding up production on a machine. This isn't a negative review, just putting my concern out there.

We have used Automation Direct since their inception. They are really the gold standard when it comes to controls. As time goes on, we buy more and more from them because of their prices and you can depend on them to ship when they say they are going to ship! We love Automation Direct!

Have used AutomationDirect since starting this job almost 4 years ago. I deal with an increasing number of vendors, but AutomationDirect is my favorite. Website navigation is unparalleled, as I very rarely have to search for long thanks to a well-refined categorization/filter system. They carry a very wide range of products and their 2-day delivery is often next-day. Tech support and customer support are both amazing as well. Hoping the trade fiasco won't make make purchasing from AutomationDirect unviable.

Been a Purchasing Coordinator for MRO for a few years. I have never had a problem with this company yet. Fast Delivery, never got a wrong part in an order, well packed through transit. Some of the items are a bit overpriced, but I find almost all of it to be reasonable.

Easy on line catalog, purchasing and payment with ease, shipping cost are great (0) practically every time, delivery awesome for us with down equipment (2 days), last but least support is tremendous- I used once in 5-6 years.

honestly, I've never used the customer support so I have no idea how good they are.

Only problem is that it took Fedex 6 days to complete an overnight delivery. Each day they sent emails stating the package would be delivered by 5pm and it was not until the 6th day.

The selectable tones and loudness made this a good choice for an alarm on a production line at our plant. I was a little disappointed in the push to connect terminals. They go in easy, but are difficult to remove.

Very good quality equipment, very well designed operation manuals and first class technical support. I must say that although Koyo's PLCs were the best option until the mid-2000s, today they are not worth buying because their technical offer is limited. outdated and are not economically attractive compared to equivalent PLCs in other brands.

AutomationDirect was better a decade ago. Now prices are up, shipping is slower and they aren't competitive in quite a few categories. The experience degraded over time and now, as Canadians, we know that USA isn't a reliable trade partner. I will still use AD from time to time, but it's not my first choice anymore.

Quality and fit were good, as expected.

Automation Direct is my go-to place, especially for PLCs and HMIs. BRX PLCs offer great performance for a very low price, but they lack in two areas. I hope there will be upgrades to the modules of the PLC. More particularly, I would like to see a fast update rate 24-bit Analog (Voltage) card with 0.01% accuracy. I would also like to see EtherCAT communication. These upgrades will help the BRX PLCs to stand out!

As a small business owner and someone who has to do a lot of their own maintenance I really appreciate Automation Direct's service. Their website is excellent and offers up Support that you didn't even know you needed until you look into it further. It has saved me a lot of time in trouble. However, when I've gotten to the point I could not help myself their technical support was there, without extended wait times, friendly, and knowledgeable. All the way around a great company. Oh, and their prices are competitive as well.
