Non-Fused Disconnects
Non-fused disconnects are designed to physically open the circuit to create a visible air gap, ensuring no current flows to the downstream equipment or circuit. This is critical for maintenance, service, or repair to prevent electrical hazards. These are heavy-duty devices designed to reliably make and break power circuits while they are under full load and can be used as motor disconnects or service entrance/main panel disconnects.
