Not intended for new system development, SureServo1 components have a large installed base that will continue to be served while components are still available. CN1 connections for SureServo1 systems include I/O/amplifier interface cables and connectors, and configuration software and cables.

The AutomationDirect SureServo1 family of brushless servo systems is fully digital and offers a rich set of features to cover a broad range of applications. There are eight standard permanent magnet servo motors that can be operated in combination with one of three standard servo drives.

These accessories are required for interface to the on- board drive I/O (via the CN1 connector).
Optional accessories include a serial communications cables for RS232 and RS485 connections, analog and digital potentiometers for speed control, braking resisters, EMI filters, a zero-phase reactor.
The drive can be programmed via the on-board keypad, but the free downloadable software (and a USB programming cable) offer greatly enhanced programming, backup, and troubleshooting options.
