Manifolds simplify the plumbing of multiple valves, allowing an assembly of a bank of valves. Manifolds are supplied with gaskets and hardware; blanking plates are used in empty slots. Bases are required for ISO 5599/1 solenoid valves and can be stacked in a similar configuration as a manifold.

Manifolds & Bases
Pneumatic manifolds allow multiple solenoid valves to share a single air supply. Manifolds are used to create a valve bank using standalone valves or are required as part of a modular valve system. Valve bases are prebuilt units containing all pneumatic and electrical connections for up to 4 stations. Select manifolds are supplied with gaskets and hardware; blanking plates are used to cover unused slots.

Manifolds and bases provide a junction point for the distribution of fluids or gases. Threaded fitting ports create an organized multi-line supply from a single source with a variety of output configurations.

- Up to 10 outlet stations with size options of M5x0.8 ISO and from #10-32 UNF to 1/2” FNPT

ISO 5599/1 Solenoid Valve Manifolds & Bases
ISO 5599/1 solenoid valve bases and manifolds can be used with any brand of valve that complies with the ISO 5599/1 standard. Using an ISO 5599 base or manifold is required to complete an ISO 5599/1 assembly.

Solenoid Valve Bases (PAL Series)
NITRA PAL system standalone valve bases offer the performance of PAL solenoid valves in a smaller, less expensive package for basic applications of 4 stations or less.
- Modular and standalone valve bases supporting 3 or 4 modules and from 3 to 8 solenoid valves
- Intermediate modules allow different air pressures to be used troughout the valve bank
- End plates terminate the pneumatics of the system

Solenoid Valve Bank Intermediate & End Plates (CMV Series)
CMV series intermediate end plates are used to complete a modular valve bank assembly. End plates are always required to terminate the pneumatics of a modular valve bank. Intermediate modules are used when it is desired to use different air pressures between different valves in the same modular bank.
