WON linear rails match WON linear bearings by series to make a complete system. Rails up to 1000mm match corresponding H-series guides; mini rails up to 695mm match M-series guides; wide mini rails up to 750mm match MB-series guides. Rails are constructed of carbon steel (H-series) or stainless steel (M and MB-series), and have a hardness of HRC58-64.
Linear bearings generate lower friction than comparable sliding bearings. Because of this, less power is required to move a load, higher speeds can be achieved and greater efficiency is reached. WON linear bearings and rails are available in various sizes to meet the needs of your specialized motion project. The H series offers four rows of continuously circulating ball bearings; the compact M and MB series offer two rows. Rails come in various lengths to match the guides that are selected.

WON linear bearing guides are available in three different series. The H series comes in a flanged or rectangular form factor as well as with or without an inside seal for all form factors. The M and MB series bearing guides are available in a standard rectangular as well as a rectangular long form factor.

WON linear rails go together with the WON bearing guides as a matching set. Rails come in lengths of up to 1000mm for the H series guides; mini rails up to 695mm for the M series guides; and wide mini rails up to 750mm for the MB series guides.
