External Carriages and Linear Guides
Designed for static loads from 435N to 2800N, external linear guides employ a set of external V-shaped wheels with a carriage riding on the outside of a rigid guide track, which push debris out of the way as they rotate. Prelubricated wheel covers provide constant lubrication.

External Carriages & Guides
LV series external carriages ride outside guide tracks. Choose from three carriage sizes with matching guide rails up to 1256mm in length.
- Load ratings up to 4,700N (1,057lbf)
- V-shaped wheels push debris away as they rotate
- Guide rails can be mounted end-to-end for longer travel lengths
- Wheel covers provide constant lubrication
