ProductivityOpen CPUs are designed to work with industrial-grade Productivity1000 I/O modules to easily incorporate industry standard control signals into the open platform. On the right side of ProductivityOpen CPUs, the system can be expanded with low-cost Productivity1000 stackable discrete, analog, and specialty I/O modules. Up to 240 discrete I/O points or up to 120 analog channels, using a variety of voltage/current ranges, are possible and are easily added/removed from either CPU.
DC I/O modules monitor ON/OFF signals or control devices that switch DC power and are available in input, output, combination input/output, and AC/DC models; models are available with up to 16 points.
