Cast Iron Helical Bevel Gearboxes
Ironhorse helical bevel gearboxes combines a helical gearset with a bevel gearset to create an output that is perpendicular to the inpu. These gearboxes offer hollow shaft output and accept double or single shafts. The cast iron housing ensures a long service life in harsh environments.
- C-face and TC-face input; bevel, perpendicular output
- 37mm to 87mm center distances (frame sizes)
- 56C up to 254/6TC NEMA motor frames
- 9 ratios, from 10:1 to 120:1
- Dual and single output shaft kits available
- Sized to handle from 1 to 24 hp
- FCD45 cast-iron one-piece housing
- Alloy steel (20CrMO) pinion and gears
- AGMA 11 & 12 rated, SCM415 pinion gears
- Gears supported by generously-sized precision ball and tapered bearings
