Maximize Machine Vision with WenglorTPL M-Ebar LED Bar Light - from AutomationDirect

In this video, we’ll be covering the Wenglor TPL M-Ebar bar light. The Wenglor TPL M-Ebar is a very versatile machine vision lighting solution. It utilizes high-power LEDs to help create the best contrast for image processing. They can be used to create different types of lighting schemes depending on your needs. These are powered by a 24VDC power supply and use an m12, 5-pin for easy wiring! The Wenglor M-Ebar can be adapted to any application using a wide array of angle changers to decrease hot and dark spots in the camera. These do not change the IP rating on the lights and are clipped into place in seconds. To change out the angle changes, take a small screwdriver and unclip along the edges. One small change can make a huge difference! Once in place, test your device to find the highest contrast possible for maximum performance. You can even use different angle changers in one M-Ebar, allowing you to get the exact lighting you need! This adaptability makes the M-Ebar perfect for most machine vision lighting applications. We also offer a mount for your M-Ebar, the Wenglor TPL Vision bar clamp! This aluminum clamp is perfect for T-slot applications! The M-Ebar Bar has two T-nuts on the back of the device. Unscrew the clamp and insert the two screws from the pack into the top part of the clamp. Once tightened with the T-nuts, put the clamp back together and insert the large screw with a T-nut.
