Air Filters
Particulate and moisture separation air filters are used for cleaning incoming compressed air sources. Coalescing filters can remove water and oil mist. Filters are available with a wide selection of port sizes to meet a broad range of pneumatic air line filtration applications.

Norgren Excelon Plus 82 and 84 Series Air Filters
Excelon Plus 82 and 84 series general purpose air filters offer supreme particulate removal with water extraction levels greater than 95%. Coalescing filters remove oil and carbon filters remove oil vapor (odor) from the compressed air supply. When used together, these filters deliver air at purity class 0 according to ISO 8573-1, making any compressed air system suitable for use in the most critical industrial applications.
- Die-cast zinc, aluminum or guarded polycarbonate filter bowl
- Unique double-lock bowl design prevents bowl removal while the unit is pressurized
- 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" PTF (FNPT - female NPT threaded ports)
- 40 micron particulate filter provides air purity per ISO 8573-1 class 6 and 7 for particles and class 8 liquid water (5 micron filter also available)
- 0.01 micron particulate removal for coalescing type filters provide oil removal down to 0.01 mg/m3
- Oil vapor (odor) removal down to 0.003 mg/m3 on vapor removal type filters

NITRA Air Filters
NITRA AF2 series air filters perform particulate and moisture separation; AC series coalescing air filters remove moisture (water) and oil mist from compressed air applications. The modular design enables easy field assembly for combining with other NITRA air preparation components.
- Large sight gauge

- 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" NPT female port sizes (depending on style)
- 40 micron replaceable filter element standard; for stricter filtration, an optional 5 micron filter element is available

Metal Work Sytensi Air Filters
Metal Work Syntesi particulate filters provide particulate and moisture removal; coalescing filters provide oil mist removal. These compact filters are an exceptional value.
