Pneumatic Vacuum Products
Vacuum products from Schmalz are an efficient means of moving products large, small and of varying sizes in pick and place applications. Vacuum suction cups, vacuum ejectors, and suction cup mounting accessories complete your vacuum project. A range of cup sizes and materials are available to meet the unique needs of the application. Ejectors are available to support a wide range of suction rates. End-of-arm tooling components create an end-of-arm connection to a robot arm.

End of Arm Tooling Components

End-of-arm tooling components are used with vacuum pick-and-place systems to create tooling that connects to a robot arm. Components can be purchased in a complete kit or individually to create a single-beam or dual-beam end-of-arm tool.

Vacuum Suction Cups
Vacuum suction cups can pick up and move product using vacuum power. Schmalz vacuum suction cups are available in flat style and bellowed styles.
- Flat style vacuum cups made of Elastodur in sizes up to 50mm
- Bellowed style cups in diameters up to 78mm offered in Elastodur, silicone or Nitrile rubber
- Bellowed style cups in 1, 2 or 4-fold designs

Vacuum Ejectors
Vacuum ejectors used with pneumatic control systems generate the vacuum required to displace parts using suction.
- Basic vacuum ejectors are efficient with a high suction rate
- Excellent choice for vacuum applications with airtight or porous products
- Available in several connection styles, in a range of suction rates of up to 860 I/min
- Compact vacuum ejector with integrated air saving function reduces air consumption by up to 80%, and is ideal for applications with very short cycle times
Vacuum Product Accessories
Spring plungers and vacuum couplers are available to aid in the mounting of vacuum suction cups and in connecting vacuum lines. Spring plungers mounted to the inlet of vacuum cups allow the cup to pick up and move products of different heights. Couplers facilitate the correct pneumatic connection to the vacuum components.
- Spring plungers offer cup connections of M5, G1/8 and G1/4, and include barrel mounting jam nuts
