Do-more H2 and T1H Series PLC CPU Modules

H2 and T1H series CPUs contain the processing, memory, and I/O interface needed in an automated control system. The Do-more H2 series high-performance CPU is compatible with DirectLOGIC205 hardware. The T1H series converts the compact Terminator field I/O into a stand-alone control system.

Do-more H2 & T1H (Micro Modular & Stackable PLCs) - CPUs

The PLC CPU is the brain of the control system and contains a microprocessor, memory storage, and other integrated circuits that are used to execute the control program, store logic data, and communicate to external devices. PLC CPUs follow a repeated sequence of operations that perform those functions and other internal processes. Below is an example of a typical PLC scan.

These first-generation Do-more CPUs were released with the purpose of modernizing our legacy DirectLOGIC 205 PLC line and to future proof current DL205 installations. They also add control capability to the time-tested Terminator field I/O for a compact control solution. H2 and T1H CPUs offer two very different form factors, but both utilize the powerful Do-more Designer software that can quickly handle the most complex applications.

H2 Series CPUs

H2 PLCs use proven DirectLOGIC DL205 hardware for a flexible control platform, but with more powerful and faster performance. H2 series CPUs plug into any standard DL205 PLC base unit and can utilize almost all the proven DL205 I/O modules.

Over 1M bytes total memory (includes program, data, and documentation)
Real time clock/calendar
Two or three built-in communication ports:
- RS-232 port - supports programming, K-sequence slave, MODBUS RTU master/slave and ASCII IN/OUT
- USB port - supports programming
- Ethernet port (H2-DM1E) - supports programming, TCP/IP, UDP/IP and Modbus/TCP
Add up to 256 I/O locally and thousands more with optional Ethernet I/O racks
Over 50 expansion modules are available, from discrete and analog to high-speed counter and Ethernet modules

T1H Series CPUs

T1H series controllers combine high-performance CPUs with reliable Terminator I/O modules for a small, versatile control platform with powerful performance. The chipset inside these CPUs includes the exact same processor as the Do-more H2 series.
