Accessories for LS Electric controllers include a variety of replacement terminal blocks. The XG5000 software features many of the IEC programming languages along with motion axis and servo drive setup/testing applications. The XG5000 software can be downloaded for free or purchased on a USB drive.

LS Electric PLC Software
The XG5000 LS Electric PLC programming software is an advanced tool for configuring and programming LS PLCs. This highly developed software has been fine-tuned over the years to provide a wealth of features and capabilities, including:
- Support for four of the five languages included in the IEC 61131 standard for industrial controllers:
- Ladder Diagram (LD)
- Structured Text (ST)
- Instruction List (IL) (XGB PLC only)
- Sequential Function Chart (SFC) (XGB PLC only)
- Numerous data types including IEC standard data types (64 bit available) and 3 dimensional arrays
- Various monitoring functions are provided such as variable monitoring, device monitoring, system monitoring, trend monitoring with handy two-dimensional trend graph (X-Y plotter), special module monitoring, etc.
- The XG-SIM Windows-based virtual PLC simulator allows a programmer to execute and debug a program without a physical PLC present
- All the usual commands expected from a PLC software including timer, counter, compare, etc., with a wide variety of specialized and state-of-the-art instructions available to use in code development including:
- Data processing instructions
- High-level math instructions
- Advanced motion control instructions
- Multiple data and code conversion instructions
- Over 700 function blocks available including over 70 motion control specific blocks for convenience when programming complex systems
The XG-PM motion-specific software is provided free of charge in the same download as the XG5000 programming software. This software provides table-based position configurations of up to 400 moves per axis and a run command tool for easy position testing.
- Various single-axis operations: position control, speed control, feed control, multi-axis simultaneous start, and point operation
- Various multi-axis operations: circular arc interpolation (up to 4 groups, 2 axes per one group), linear interpolation (up to 8 axes), helical interpolation, ellipse interpolation
- CAM control: 8 CAM profiles
- Various homing control functions
- For use with LS XGB PLCs (not supported by XMC motion controllers)
XG5000 PLC software is a free download from our store; a software USB drive is available for purchase if needed.
