Productivity1000 discrete DC I/O modules monitor ON/OFF signals or control devices that switch DC power (up to 24V) including discrete sensors and small loads such as solenoid valves or lights. Modules are available in input, output, combination input/output, and AC/DC models with up to 16 points.

Productivity1000® Stackable Micro PLC - DC I/O
Many applications rely on digital or discrete control devices that transmit and receive ON/OFF signals using DC voltage, such as limit switches and proximity sensors. These devices are used extensively in industrial applications, especially in package handling and conveying systems. For the Productivity1000 PLC CPU to process DC discrete inputs such as these and control devices that require DC ON/OFF signals like stacklights, a DC I/O module is needed.
- Available in a selection of DC ratings, such as 12-24 VDC 3.3-24 VDC, or 3.3-5 VDC
- Dual voltage 24 VAC/VDC input modules available
- Input modules with 8 or 16 points
- Output modules with 8, 15 or 16 points
- Combination input/output module(s) with 8 inputs, and 7 or 8 outputs
- Select models support low-voltage TTL devices
