Hazardous Location Selector Switch Control Station Assemblies
Unlike pushbuttons, selector switches have a rotating cam with ridges that will actuate a specific plunger and close the associated circuit when selected by the switch operator. Hazardous location selector switch control stations allow circuit closings/openings without the danger of igniting external hazardous atmospheres.

FXCS Factory Sealed Selector Switch Control Station Assemblies
These selector switch assemblies include the cover and selector switch, and are factory sealed to eliminate the need for external sealing. An FXB splice/device box is required. Styles and features include:
- Two- or three-position maintained selector switch
- Two- or three-position key-operated maintained selector switch
- 1 N.O. / 1 N.C. or 2 N.O. / 2 N.C. contacts
- Legend plate included
- NEMA 3, 7 (C, D) 9 (E, F, G)
XCS Unsealed Selector Switch Control Station Assemblies
These lower-cost selector switch assemblies include the cover and selector switch device but require external sealing, along with an SWB series splice/device box. Styles and features include:
- Two- or three-position maintained selector switch
- Two- or three-position key-operated maintained selector switch
- 1 N.O. / 1 N.C. or 2 N.O. / 2 N.C. contacts
- Legend plate included
- NEMA 7 (C, D) 9 (E, F, G)
