Networked Gate Boxes
IDEM UGB-NET networked universal gate boxes provide a CIP safety network connection to a safety PLC or a CIP Safety Networked device. This provides greater functionality and easier integration. Networked gate boxes combine solenoid locking, RFID-coded sensor, and integrated machine control functions in a robust die-cast aluminum housing.
- Provides position interlock detection for moving guards, keeping the guard locked until the unlock signal is received from the safety PLC
- Holds guards closed with up to a 3000N holding force
- Includes ESTOP button and three built-in illuminated buttons that are user-configurable, plus 5 colored lenses for additional flexibility
- Rear versions available in right- or left-hand mount
