Z-Range Hinge Interlock Safety Switches
Z-Range hinge interlock safety switches provide positively operated outputs and a tamper-resistant actuator mechanism for machine guards requiring a hinge. These devices replace the hinge on a guard door, and offer OSSD outputs. Matching non-switched hinges are also available.

Hinge Interlock Safety Switches
Z-Range hinge interlock safety switches are designed to be fitted to the hinged axis of machine doors, providing a robust hinge function in addition to interlock position sensing. Blank hinges are also available if 2 hinges per door are required.
- Die-cast metal or stainless steel bodies
- Mechanical switches operate by rotation of a cam and actuator to cause deflection of the plunger
- Easy-to-understand LED indication and diagnostic functions
- Suitable for use in high-hygiene requirement areas (e.g. food industry hosedown) IP67 / IP69K
