The Optris discrete/analog process interface module provides the Xi 410 LT series infrared thermal cameras with analog, digital, and relay I/O for direct connection to PLCs, DCS systems, and other industrial equipment. The module supports process monitoring, alarms, and automation applications, while an integrated fail-safe relay continuously monitors system status and signals detected faults.

• Three analog and three relay alarm outputs provide flexible signal options for transmitting temperature data and alarm conditions
• Two analog inputs and one discrete input support connection to external control signals and process devices
• Up to three modules can be cascaded with a single camera for additional I/O capacity.
