This timer instruction is used to counter act the termination behavior of ladder code. With other timer instructions if the code block or Stage is ended the timer will be reset. If the code block or stage that contains a Global Accumulating Timer is terminated the Timer structure will retain the last state. Notice that this type of timer has only one power rail that is used for enabling the timer. It does not have a reset tied to the instruction. The Reset Timer instruction must be used to reset this type of Timer. Once the accumulated time is equal or greater than the accumulated value the done bit will turn on.
