Vision systems combine image sensors, cameras, lighting, and processing tools to capture and analyze visual or thermal data for manufacturing and process applications. Conventional vision systems inspect products for flaws, verify positioning, and guide operations such as part orientation for pick-and-place systems, tamper-proof seal verification, and solder-joint inspection. Infrared thermal cameras expand these capabilities by producing thermal images for non-contact temperature measurement, heat-distribution monitoring, and hot-spot detection.
