DIN rail mounted switching power supplies provide dependable DC power in easily-mounted plastic or metal housings. Cost-effective units offer a wide range of capabilities, from simple power conversion to super-high efficiency operation and hazardous location ratings.
Rugged Machine Mount
Rugged machine mount power supplies are perfect for applications requiring a dependable DC power supply in harsh environments. These field-mountable encapsulated power supplies offer a compact footprint in a sturdy aluminum housing. All units have an IP67 protection rating; select models also offer a NEMA 4X rating and are Class 1, Div. 2 rated for hazardous locations.
Encapsulated Chassis Mount
Encapsulated chassis mount power supplies provide maximum environmental protection for reliable DC power. These ultra-compact power supplies feature a low-profile footprint in a rugged thermoplastic housing. Select models offer dual outputs.
Enclosed Chassis Mount
These budget power supplies offer reliable performance without the additional features typically included in higher cost power supplies.
Specific models also include an integrated UPS function to prevent downtime due to unexpected power loss.
Open Frame
Open frame power supplies are especially useful when an inexpensive hazardous location rated power supply is required. These ultra-compact DIN rail mount power supplies are ideal for space-limited applications.
PSFA Series are low-cost open frame power supplies with integrated UPS function to prevent downtime due to unexpected power loss.
Specialty Modules
Specialty modules include redundancy, buffer, and battery control modules to provide steady, reliable DC power even during a power failure. Build a back-up system or DC UPS with these modules.
Linear Power Supplies
Regulated and unregulated open-frame linear power supplies offer several advantages, including low output ripple, high output voltage accuracy, and low output noise. These simple power supplies are easy to use and provide a stable and clean DC output without requiring complex control circuitry. Select models offer multiple output voltage options, and many are suitable for stepper applications.
DC Power Supplies Accessories
Several accessories are available to aid with power supply installation and operation, including:
- Replacement link cable for PSM series redundancy modules and programming cable for WAGO Pro2 power supplies
- Communication modules designed to easily snap into place as an add-on to WAGO Pro2 power supplies; available with Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, or IO-Link communication; depending on the module, these provide remote accessibility to features, settings, and real-time data monitored by the power supplies
