In addition to the I/O provided by the CPU option slot modules, CLICK PLUS PLCs can also support up to 8 additional stackable I/O modules with no additional hardware needed. Multiple I/O configurations including analog, discrete, temperature, and relay modules are available.

CLICK PLUS (Stackable Micro Modular PLC) - Stackable I/O Modules

For applications requiring higher I/O capacity than what the CLICK PLUS CPU option slot modules provide, additional I/O can be added to the system using stackable I/O modules. The CLICK PLUS CPU and stackable I/O modules easily connect via expansion ports on the side of each module.

Add up to 8 stackable I/O modules to the CPU for an additional 128 discrete or 48 analog I/O points
Uses the same time-tested stackable I/O modules as the original CLICK series with a variety of modules available
Discrete DC and AC, relay, and analog I/O modules available for flexible and optimal system configurations
Combination input/output modules provide greater versatility
Analog stackable I/O modules utilize 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, RTD, or thermocouple signals for process control needs
The C0-08SIM input simulator module provides 8 toggle switches to simulate input devices
