The CLICK PLUS PLC series combines the simplicity of the original CLICK with advanced features you wouldn't expect from a simple low-cost controller. Data logging, multi-axis motion control, Wi-Fi connectivity, MQTT communication, and increased security measures are just a few of the impressive features offered with this controller. (For lower cost and basic features, see the CLICK series.)
- Six CPU options with varying degrees of capability so you can choose the features that best fit your application
- Select your preferred communication method - wired, wireless (Wi-Fi), or both
- Micro USB programming port for in-an-instant connections
- Data logging with microSD support (on select models)
- Serial and Ethernet options with MQTT, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus RTU/TCP capability
- Use the on-board option module slot(s) to add I/O for a complete stand-alone PLC system, and/or expand the controller with the addition of up to eight stackable I/O modules
- Add a specialty option slot module for Node-RED® programming (C2-NRED), OPC UA® networking (C2-OPCUA), and serial ASCII/Modbus RTU communication (C2-DCM)
- Any CLICK PLUS CPU can be configured as a 3-axis PTO/PWM motion controller with multi-axis interpolation and numerous axis profiles

CPUs
CLICK PLUS CPUs contain the processing power and I/O interface needed to perform logic operations, networking tasks, and many other functions required in an automated control system. CLICK PLUS CPUs are extremely versatile and can stand as complete PLC systems with over 400 stand-alone PLC combinations possible using CLICK PLUS option module(s).
Power Supplies
Power supplies provide the DC power needed for proper controller operation. Any 24VDC power supply can be used to power the CLICK PLUS PLC. Two 24VDC power supplies designed to work specifically with CLICK PLUS CPUs are available, with up to 1.3A of output current.
CPU Option Slot Modules
CLICK PLUS CPUs feature built-in option module slots that can be used to customize the I/O for a particular application. CPU option slot modules provide for a more versatile stand-alone controller with analog, discrete/TTL (high-speed capable), and relay combination option modules available.
A serial communication option slot module supports serial-heavy applications, and intelligent option slot modules offer advanced networking and control, including those with Node-RED and OPC UA capabilities.
Stackable I/O Modules
When a system requires more I/O than what is offered with the CLICK PLUS CPU option slot modules, stackable I/O modules can be used to expand the total system I/O count. A variety of discrete, analog, and temperature signals are available. Discrete (toggle switch) and analog (potentiometer) simulator modules are also available.
ZIPLink Wiring Solutions
The ZIPLink connection module and cable system eliminates the normally tedious process of wiring programmable controller I/O to terminal blocks.
Antennas
To use the wireless feature of the CLICK PLUS PLCs, an antenna must also be purchased. Two versions of 2.4GHz antennas are available.
CLICK PLUS PLC Accessories
Accessories for the CLICK PLUS PLC system include terminal blocks, replacement batteries, programming cables, and microSD cards. The CLICK programming software can be downloaded for free; a software USB drive is available for purchase if needed.
