Speed Monitoring Modules
MOSAIC Speed Monitoring Module
MOSAIC Safety Controller System
MOSAIC speed monitoring modules use inputs from proximity sensors or an encoder to monitor the speed of a motor or other moving machinery to detect an unsafe condition.
Features
- Speed monitoring inputs from encoders or proximity sensors
- Allows the monitoring of zero speed, max speed, speed range, and motion direction of potentially dangerous moving machinery
- Connection to expandable master module via MSC 5-way ReeR proprietary bus
- Removable terminal block plus screw contacts
- 35mm DIN rail mounting
Models are available to support a variety of input types:
- One or two TTL (line-driver) encoder inputs
- One or two HTL (push-pull) encoder inputs
- One or two SIN/COS encoder inputs
- All modules are capable of monitoring two proximity sensor inputs
