Spring-Loaded Slide Linear Position Sensors
Category Selection
Gefran, Alliance, and ProSense brand spring-loaded linear position sensors measure linear displacement without being physically connected to the target. Their spring-loaded actuator ensures the ball tip remains in contact with the object to provide consistent and reliable distance feedback.
- The inductive linear position transducer's internal mechanism uses a contactless operation to convert linear displacement to an analog output of 0 to 10 VDC or 4 to 20 mA
- Linear potentiometers convert the linear displacement of an object to a resistance value
