Many industrial systems, especially those involving hydraulics and pneumatics, require stable pressurization to operate efficiency and correctly. Too much pressure can be dangerous and too low of a pressure can cause equipment malfunctions or indicate a costly leak in the supply line. Pressure switches and sensors are used to ensure accurate system pressure and can alert operators when/if a problem arises.

Mechanical pressure switches activate when the pressure being measured reaches the user defined setpoint. These devices deliver long life in various applications with challenging environments. Solid-state pressure switches use strain gauge technology to provide over 50 million switch cycles with long-term stability and no drift.

Pressure transmitters offer accurate sensing with a proportional analog output signal. Ceramic sensing elements provide high burst and overpressure protection; stainless steel thin-film sensing elements offer rapid response times. Models are available to suit many applications, including hygienic and potable water systems.

Low-cost compact plastic-body digital pressure sensors with LCD displays offer excellent value for air-only applications, while the rugged stainless steel models with 4-digit display withstand extreme shock and vibration, provide high accuracy and reliability, and offer options for liquid, gas, and vapor applications.
Differential pressure transmitters detect the difference in pressure between two points in a system and are especially useful for air filter monitoring, building pressurization, and cleanrooms. Transmitters are available for accurate sensing of differential, bi-directional, positive, or negative pressures, hydrostatic liquid level, and flow. Select models also feature easily readable LCD displays.
Siphons, snubbers, isolation and throttling needle valves, and manual block and bleed needle valves protect sensitive instrumentation from high-temperature media and pressure surges. Additional accessories include mounting brackets, protective covers, and M12 cables.
