Our pricing model has consistently considered our suppliers, the competitive marketplace, business costs, taxes, and tariffs. The tariff policies have impacted some of our product costs and availability, but we are committed to shielding our customers from as much of that as possible. Pricing
AutomationDirect.com will continue our policy of an everyday low price, and there will be no surcharge added to the items you order. Our price may reflect an increase, but we are working closely with our suppliers to absorb the cost of tariffs where possible, to minimize the price increases for you. The differences in tariff and inventory costs add to the complexities of the prices we charge for your products. Due to these complexities, we will not be able to:
- Itemize any specific tariff costs or surcharges if requested
- Change prices immediately as changes to tariff policies are announced
- Fill out any forms due to the volume of requests (all relevant information can be found on our website www.automationdirect.com)
