Harsh duty IP69K washdown rated 5mm square solid-state position switches mount on pneumatic cylinders with corresponding-sized T-slots, round cylinders (such as NITRA A-Series or F-Series, with optional CPSS mounting bands), or tie-rod cylinders (NITRA D-series with optional CPSA adapters).

IP69K (Harsh Duty) 5mm Square T-Slot Switches & Accessories
NITRA CPSF series switches are designed for Food and Beverage or harsh duty washdown applications (IP69K rated). They provide cylinder piston position feedback to a control system and are manufactured specifically to fit into extruded or machined 5mm square T-slots. Using CPSA series adapters or CPSS series stainless steel mounting bands, these cylinder sensors can be used with tie rod cylinders or round body style pneumatic cylinders. Pre-tested for use with NITRA pneumatic cylinders, these cylinder switches are also suitable for use with other brands of pneumatic cylinders with magnetic pistons.
