Configure a Productivity1000 Mini PLC Unit
Productivity1000 Mini-6 PLC Units offer:
- Up to five built-in communications ports including: USB programming port, Ethernet and Remote I/O ports
- User defined tag-based programming - no predefined memory maps
- Integrated support for StrideLinx VPNs, Protos X field I/O, PS-AMC motion controllers and GS series drives
- PS-AMC motion controllers available for plug-and-play coordinated motion control
- Built-in discrete and analog/temperature I/O options
- Expand the local I/O count with up to 4 I/O modules (remote I/O expansion supported)
- Configure the P1-RX remote I/O rack using the Standard P1000 configurator

To select more than 8 I/O modules, you must first upgrade your power supply to a P1-02AC. See Note 1 below.

The P1-RX remote slave module supports a maximum of 8 I/O modules. If you need more I/O, consider adding another P1-RX system.

A maximum of 4 shields can be added via this configuration tool. Higher shield counts are allowed. See footnotes 2 and 3.

P1 power supplies cannot be used with 3rd party shields.
Please choose a RHINO 24VDC Power Supply or other suitable power supply based on the power requirements of your entire system.

While all modules are allowed in any slot combination, high-speed features are only supported in Internal Slot 0.

There is no bespoke power supply available for the Mini PLC Units, but this configuration tool tracks and displays
the exact power required for the system you configure. We recommend our RHINO or WAGO brand power
supplies (sold separately) to power your Productivity1000 Mini PLC Unit. - The Mini-4 PLC Unit supports a maximum of 4 I/O modules.

Some I/O modules are not shown to scale. In particular, the P1-08TRS, P1-16TR, and P1-16CDR are significantly wider than
indicated in the above image. Dimensions are shown in the catalog and complete CAD drawings are available on the item level pages. -
