The Productivity2000 offering includes four High-Speed Specialty Modules, a 4-port Serial Communications Module, and the Input Simulator Module. For enhanced coordinated motion control, PS-AMC motion controllers are also available. Select a module/controller below for full details and specs:
The HSO and HSI cards each require one shielded, pre-wired cable (select from three cable lengths: 0.5 meter - ZL-CBL40-S, 1 meter - ZL-CBL40-1S, or 2 meter - ZL-CBL40-2S) AND one ZL-RTB40 ZIPLink module (cables and module sold separately). PWM card requires either a removable terminal block (sold seperately, P2-RTB or P2-RTB-1) or and optional pre-wired cable and ZIPLink connector module. HSC card requires a removable terminal block (sold seperately, P2-RTB or P2-RTB-1) The SCM and SIM modules do not require (or accept) ZIPLink cables or modules. PS-AMC controllers come with the needed terminal blocks, the PCON-KIT2 terminal block kit is also available for replacement needs.

High-speed pulse width modulation output module, 8-point, 4-channel, 5-24 VDC, sinking/sourcing, external 5-24 VDC required.
High-speed output module, 2-channel, 1 MHz, 6 general purpose inputs, 5-24 VDC, 4 general purpose outputs, 5-24 VDC. Requires shielded, pre-wired cable and one ZIPLink module (sold separately)
4-port serial communications module, (3) RS-232 (RJ12) port(s), (1) RS-485 (4-wire terminal block) port(s), all with Modbus RTU Master/Slave, ASCII IN/OUT and custom protocol(s) at up to 38.4 kbaud. Port 1 can supply power to C-more Micro panels.
Simulator module, 8-point, with 8 hand-operated switches
Filler module protects unused I/O module slots in the base.
