BRX discrete DC I/O modules monitor and control ON/OFF devices switching DC power, including discrete sensors and small loads, such as solenoid valves and lights. Modules range from 4-point to high-density 32-point input, output, low-voltage TTL, or combo types with output ratings up to 240 VAC.

DC I/O
DC discrete I/O modules interface ON/OFF field devices operating on DC control power, such as limit switches, proximity sensors, and stack lights. When stacked with a BRX remote I/O controller, they form a shared backplane and communicate via the system bus. DC I/O modules are available in a variety of configurations and can be combined with other I/O types within the same system.
- Expansion modules easily snap onto the side of any BRX remote I/O controller
- Available in 2-5, 3-5, 12-24, or 48 VDC ranges
- Input modules available in 8, 12, 16, or 32-point configurations
- Output modules available in 8, 12, 16, or 32-point configurations; select models include built-in diagnostics
- Combination I/O modules provide up to 8 inputs and up to 8 outputs in a single module
