Balluff EtherNet/IP IO-Link master modules provide EtherNet/IP communications capability for IO-Link systems, with IIoT, REST API, and/or MQTT depending on model. They are available in a rugged IP67 die-cast zinc nickel-plated housing for harsher environments, or in a weld-proof potted plastic format. Select models include built-in screen interface for easy IP, subnet mask, and gateway configuration. Balluff IO-Link hubs allow several sensors and actuators to be easily connected to an IO-Link master via a standard sensor cable and are housed in die-cast zinc nickel-plated housings to withstand extreme conditions. These hubs transmit standard field I/O signals, including analog and temperature data. Both masters and hubs are machine mountable and do not require enclosures. New Comepi SB series pre-assembled polycarbonate control stations offer emergency stop and start/stop combo options. The emergency stop control stations include one red mushroom head twist-to-release pushbutton with various contact configurations. Models with guards that are padlockable and models with M12 quick-disconnects are available. The start/stop combo control stations offer various pushbutton, selector switch, and/or indicator combinations to best fit your application. You can also configure your own station using one of the new IP67/IP69K rated pushbutton enclosures (use with appropriate pilot devices to maintain rating).

Also added are ECX series operator-only momentary pushbuttons, maintained selector switches, and an emergency stop mushroom head twist-to-release pushbutton. New WAGO 787-3861 series single-channel electronic circuit breakers offer a lower cost option and a compact 6mm form factor to provide safe and reliable supplementary protection for 24 VDC control circuits.

These electronic circuit breakers offer remote monitoring and control, clear LED indicators, and fast response to overloads and short circuits, minimizing downtime. They are designed for demanding environments and enhance system reliability with robust protection and easily understood diagnostics.

AttaBox Heartland/Heartland SL series hinged screw cover enclosures provide an alternative to conventional latch enclosures. The hinged screw cover configuration gives the enclosure the highest level of protection against water intrusion (NEMA 6P), and the polycarbonate resin in the Heartland series has attained the best available "F1" rating, having passed critical tests for UV exposure and water immersion. Without latches, covers for these models are screwed into place, ensuring the NEMA 6P rating remains in effect, and can be padlocked for added security.

Clear Stahlin SolarShield HMI covers are now available in addition to existing opaque models, with larger sizes of both versions added to accommodate a wider range of HMIs. Vision lighting fixtures now available from Lumher include bar, ring, flat, and spot lights. Also known as string encoders or string potentiometers, Lika draw wire linear measurement devices use a steel cable wrapped on a spring-loaded reel to measure distance. The reel is connected to a rotary encoder or potentiometer that can provide very accurate feedback on how far the steel cable has been extended. Lika draw wire encoders provide encoder (quadrature) or 0-10V or 4-20mA analog outputs and are available in pull-lengths from 2 to 10 meters.

They are a good solution when the operational space is constricted, or the environmental conditions are severe. The body of the encoder can be mounted in a safe place, easily accessible, and adequately protected, while the measuring wire requires minimum space and can be subjected to harsher conditions. They can also replace traditional encoders in some cases.

Typical applications include linear measuring, vertical lift measurement, cylinder stroke measurement, or any application where accurate, inexpensive, and easy-to-install measurement of a linear distance is required.

The new Titanio series of stepper drives from Ever Motion Solutions^® offers peak performance, a rich feature set, and works with our existing SureStep^® stepper motors. Three new drives are available with two open-loop (no encoder feedback) models and one open/closed-loop version (a motor mounted encoder provides position feedback to the drive). Unlike typical stepper drives, Titanio steppers can detect stalls in open-loop control mode by monitoring the motor's back EMF. This allows system designers to take advantage of stall detection without the hassle and expense of a closed-loop system.

Additional Murrplastik frames and grommets have been added to our current offering of cable entry systems. New WEG general-purpose CFW320 AC drives and full-featured SSW900 soft starters are now available. The CFW320 series VFDs offer all the features of the existing CFW300 plus provide support for 460 VAC operation and Ethernet communications. These drives support 230 VAC 3-phase motors up to 5 hp and 460 VAC motors up to 10 hp. Dynamic braking is built in on many models, so no external braking chopper is required. New Gladiator GPB1 and GPB2 series enclosed style terminal blocks provide a safe and reliable way to connect multiple electrical circuits to a single power source.

The GPB1 series terminal blocks are ultra-compact, offering time-saving multiple wire connection options for a variety of control panel applications. Push-in spring connections save installation time by locking the screwdriver into place for virtually hands-free wiring. Additional Zener barriers from STAHL have been added to isolate various control signal types from hazardous environments. For automated systems installed in potentially explosive atmospheres (ex., oil and gas production), extra precautions must be taken to ensure the electrical circuits do not become ignition sources. Properly grounded Zener barriers isolate the electrical signal from the hazardous area. New barriers are available to protect the following circuits: 4-20 mA/PNP sensor, NPN sensor/dry contacts, pulse trains (11 or 18 VDC), and strain gauges.

Seven new sizes of PBC Linear guide tracks with slides are now available in lengths up to 2000mm. The guide tracks are ceramic coated 6061-T6 aluminum, paired with a self-lubricating slide. The slides have a proprietary, PTFE (FrelonGOLD^�) plain bearing bonded to the mating surface.

New Penn-Union compression lugs provide a secure method of terminating electrical cables, especially high power or large diameter cables, to electrical equipment. Unlike mechanical lugs, that are screwed/clamped in place, these connectors are crimped onto the cable using the appropriate crimping tool for a permanent installation. These connectors are rated for use with copper conductors, have a beveled entry for easy cable insertion, and have color-coded barrels that are marked with die index numbers making inspections and certified installations much simpler. The new Murrelektronik Premium EtherCAT IO-Link master module adds more communication options to our IO-Link product lineup. IO-Link masters provide standardized, point-to-point connections between smart devices and controllers.
