Industrial Stride® Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Switches
Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows Ethernet network cables to also carry electrical power. Normally two connections are required, a network connection and a power connection: PoE reduces the time and expense of having electrical power cabling installed.
Two versions of Stride PoE switches are available: 10/100 and GbE. Both have one standard RJ45 Ethernet port and four PoE+ RJ45 ports (30W on each port).
Using Powered Device (PD) Detection, the PoE switch port will detect the presence of a PoE enabled device before sending power. If a non-PoE device is detected, power will not be sourced on that port but Ethernet communications will be permitted. The switches provide broadcast/network storm protection and have redundant power inputs.
Staring at $239.00, Stride PoE switches have a wide operating temperature range and are HazLoc certified.
STEGO Filter Fan Plus enclosure cooling fans
Filter fans provide economical cooling options for electrical/electronic enclosures.
The STEGO Filter Fan Plus series uses a new air flap design for the air outlet. The air flaps have less resistance to airflow than an exhaust filter, which allows the Filter Fan Plus system to achieve higher airflow while still preventing the ingress of contaminants.
In five fan sizes and airflows up to 243 CFM, two airflow systems are available. The FPI system has an intake fan with filter and an exhaust grille with air flaps; the FPO system uses an exhaust fan with air flaps and an intake grille with filter. A true "no screw" mounting system with four 6-position ratchets firmly mounts the fan.
Starting at $60.00, the STEGO filter fan plus series is IP54 dust and splash waterproof rated; 115 and 230VAC plus 12, 24, and 48VDC models are available.

Continuous Flexing Industrial Cat5e Ethernet Cable
DataMax Extreme Ethernet cable from Quabbin® has a specially designed jacket developed to survive the many industrial hazards that commercial jackets will not. The DataMax cable jacket is pressure extruded over the cable core, "locking" the conductor pairs in place. This type of jacket construction provides very stable electrical performance, even when impacted, bent, or repeatedly flexed.
These Cat5e flexing cables are available in 24 AWG, 2 or 4 twisted pairs with color coded high density polyethylene insulation, and with unshielded or overall braid and foil shields.
The FR-TPE jacket has excellent chemical, moisture, and flame resistance, and exceptional low temperature flexibility; the cables are Type CMX Outdoor - CM and AWM Style 2463 UL classified.
Starting at $15.00, continuous flexing cables are made in the USA and are sold in 20 to 1000 foot lengths.
